What if the purchased Emails get Suspended?

  • Reasons for Suspension: Emails may be suspended or disabled due to excessive sending volumes, spam complaints, or suspicious activity.

  • Reconnection Process: If your emails are suspended or disabled, contact our support team to initiate the reconnection process.

  • Charges: Reconnecting suspended or disabled emails will incur a fee as per our Email Connect setup service cost. Note that if the email account is suspended automatically and requires phone number verification, the client will need to complete this verification themselves, as we cannot perform it on their behalf.

  • Preventive Measures: Follow best practices for email sending limits and content to avoid future suspensions.
