1.1 By using F60HOST LLP's platforms and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. 1.2 We may update these terms at any time, and continued use signifies your acceptance of revisions. 1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these terms, discontinue use immediately.
2.1 Services must be used for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. 2.2 Prohibited activities include unauthorized commercial use, harmful content distribution, and service disruptions. 2.3 You are responsible for securing login credentials and ensuring minors use services under parental supervision.
3.1 By uploading content, you grant F60HOST LLP a license to use it for service provision. 3.2 All intellectual property remains with F60HOST LLP or its licensors. 3.3 Users must respect third-party intellectual property rights and report any violations.
4.1 Email account renewal fees are billed monthly on a pro-rata basis. 4.2 Payments must be made within five days to avoid account deactivation. 4.3 Reactivation fees apply and will be communicated separately. 4.4 Cancellation requires at least three days' notice. 4.5 Google/Microsoft license fees are non-refundable. 4.6 Minimum order requirement: 30 email accounts(may vary accoding to the plan). 4.7 Account setup typically takes two - four business days, subject to domain and email restrictions.
5.1 We comply with data protection laws and do not share personal information with third parties. 5.2 Credit/debit card details are not stored or disclosed. 5.3 We ensure data security but are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
6.1 Orders are processed upon payment confirmation.
6.2 Estimated setup time is 24-72 working hours on weekdays. DNS issues may result in increasing setup time.
7.1 We are not liable for service disruptions beyond our control, such as cloud service outages or technical failures. 7.2 Users agree to indemnify F60HOST LLP for losses resulting from misuse or breaches of this agreement. 7.3 All GWS services are governed by Google and may be suspended if they violate any of their fair usage policies such as spamming or more. In this case we can offer a replacement by removing the old email and create a new one for them, but refunds cannot be provided for the same.
8.1 Users must not engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or transactions with sanctioned entities. 8.2 Transactions with third-party bank accounts are prohibited. 8.3 F60HOST LLP does not operate in the following countries: Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Somalia, and North Korea. 8.4 Indian export control laws must be adhered to, and services/products cannot be exported without authorization.
9.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of India. 9.2 The courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
10.1 Unauthorized use may result in legal action. 10.2 If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. 10.3 These terms supersede prior agreements with F60HOST LLP. 10.4 Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. 10.5 Website terms override conflicting terms in purchase orders.
