Below is a quick rundown of the steps required to configure Google Workspace<\/a> with your website and professional email address:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Create an account and follow the Google Workspace<\/strong> setup wizard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Introduce new users to your account (optional).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Insert a TXT<\/strong> record to your DNS records to verify domain ownership with Google.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4: <\/strong>Configure email by adding MX records<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add Gmail MX Records:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You must first add the MX Records to your DNS zone before you can activate Gmail. Here’s how to use cPanel to add Google Workspace MX records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Sign in to your cPanel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: <\/strong>In the Domains section, click the Zone Editor<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: <\/strong>Next to the domain you want to use with Gmail, click the Manage<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n

Now that we’ve established the MX records, we’ll show you how to activate Gmail in Google Workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Enter your Google Workspace Admin Console credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: <\/strong>In the navigation menu, select Account<\/strong>, Domains<\/strong>, and then Manage<\/strong> domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> When you see your domain, click the Activate Gmail<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n
